    ?为使学校的教科研工作真正深入人心,身为责任,首先起表率作用,凡事都要亲自抓,掌握第一手材料,在“十五”科研规划的执行工作中,作为课题组组长,全权负责实

    验课题的全面运作工作。立项的“十五”级科研课题——《》对课题研究的各个环节,都亲自过问,亲自安排。为使实验工作落到实处,并早出成果、多出成果,在对课题进行深入研究的基础上,认为学校的课题相对于教师来说还比较大,为此,让教师结合各自的学科特点,从而形成了人人有专题,全员都参与的科研氛围,有利地推进了学校教科研工作的顺利运行。

    为全面提高教师的综合素质,同时,也避免工作上少走弯路,把学校的教科研工作与校本培训有机地结合起来,围绕新课改的贯彻与实施,结合学校的年发展规划,又确立了《》这一课题为了随时随地检验教师的科研情况,按照“十项教学管理要求”,经常深入到教研组开展专题业务研讨,参加集体备课;定期召开大型研讨会,组织教师进行集中业务学习,同时,要求教师每月要拿出一篇比较有价值的教学感悟或论文类的经验材料,从不同程度,不同侧面提高教师的整体素质。让教师尽快地转换角色,改变自己的教学方式和学生的学习方式。努力改变忽视学生主体、忽视学生个性、忽视学生实践、忽视学生创造潜能的教学方法,大力弘扬学生的自主性、创新性和实践性,着力构建以学生为中心,以学生自主活动为基础的教学方式,使教学过程真正成为学生自主活动和自由发挥的学习过程。“一本”、“两式”、“三点”、“四以”、“五让”的教学“一本”即以学生为本,教师的“教”
