    慰问信

    [文体指导] 一、慰问信(letter of concern)属于应用文的范畴。慰问信是作者就某一个问题或一些现象,表达自己对事件的关心,并提出自己的一些看法和解决办法。

    二、基本结构 开头:简单介绍写信的缘由。

    主体:针对对方问题(如生病等)进行有针对性的鼓励和安慰,并适当提出自己的建议。注意语气一定要委婉,能体现出自己对对方的关切之情。

    结尾:简单的希望或祝福。

    [亮点句式] 1 1.开头常用语 ①I"m shocked/very sorry to hear that...②It was a great shock to hear that...③I just can"t tell you how sad I was when I heard that...④I can"t tell you how sorry I felt when I heard that...⑤I am writing to express my deep care for you.2 2.主体常用语 ①I understand how you feel now.②I know the way you feel very well.③It"s true that attitude decides everything.So you should never give up no matter what happens.④Please let me know if there is anything I can do.⑤If I can be of any help,please don"t hesitate to let me know.3 3.结尾常用语 ①I"m looking forward to...②I hope our caring will help to comfort you.③If you need help,please don"t hesitate to let me know.④Thank you for trusting me and I"d like to give you some advice.
